Join a national employment team as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will work on a broad mix of employer-focused employment work including advising on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures/redundancies, TUPE and outsourcing, drafting employment contracts and handbooks, and leading Employment Tribunal matters (predominantly for respondents).

The role offers regular collaboration with senior lawyers across a single national Employment team and exposure to clients across the retail, financial services, public and commercial sectors. There is scope to take client-facing responsibility and contribute to business development and training.

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 1+ years' PQE in employment law or similar practice setting
Practical experience of Employment Tribunal work and advising on TUPE, restructures and workforce issues
Strong written and oral communication skills and confidence engaging with clients at all levels
Team-oriented with an appetite for business development and client relationship management
