Join a national Employment, Pensions & Immigration team as a solicitor focused on Employment Tribunal advocacy. The role sits within a busy UK-wide practice advising a broad range of employer clients and handling matters from case-management hearings through to multi-day full‑merits hearings, in person and remotely.

The post can be based in Nottingham, Leeds or Manchester and operates within a hybrid working framework. The role will involve travel to hearings across the UK (travelling is managed to limit unnecessary journeys).

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to manage your own caseload, draft tribunal paperwork and witness statements, supervise junior fee-earners, contribute to business development and legal updates, and support the growth of the national team.

Solicitor with c.4+ years PQE (candidates with equivalent experience will be considered)
Proven Employment Tribunal advocacy experience, including multi‑day hearings
Strong technical knowledge of employment law (dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay, grievances)
Good teamworking, mentoring/supervision experience and ability to manage mixed caseloads
Excellent communication, organisation, time management and attention to detail
Comfortable with travel to hearings and working to client/internal SLAs and targets
