A newly qualified solicitor opportunity within a large, full-service international employment team based in Leeds. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising UK and international clients across multiple sectors on litigation, advisory and day-to-day HR matters.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on client-facing matters, supporting board-level and operational advice, and handling cases across sectors such as technology, retail, education, financial services and utilities. The team combines regional work with cross-border instructions and provides structured training and international secondment opportunities.

Newly qualified solicitor with at least one seat completed in Employment.
Experience of advising on employment litigation and non-contentious HR matters.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent client and stakeholder management and strong IT competency; interest in legal tech/AI an advantage.
