Apply in confidence →Top-tier US offices are seeking an employment attorney (3–5 years' post-qualification experience) to join a national employment practice. The role focuses on counseling employers on workforce strategy, compliance, and high-stakes workplace issues, and will include employment work on corporate transactions.
You'll advise clients across technology and private equity sectors on wage-and-hour, restrictive covenants, reductions in force, employment agreements, and integration issues arising from M&A. The position is open to candidates able to work from a US office (California or New York preferred).
- 3–5 years' associate experience in a law firm employment & labor practice (chambers-ranked group preferred)
- Admitted and in good standing with the California or New York bar (depending on office)
- Strong academics, excellent written and oral skills, and demonstrated client-facing experience
- Experience counseling employers on wage & hour, restrictive covenants, reductions in force, and employment issues in M&A transactions
