Mid-level associate (counsel candidates welcome) to join a busy employer-side labor & employment team in the Dallas office. The group defends employers in state and federal courts, arbitral forums, administrative proceedings, and handles high-volume wage-&-hour, class/collective, and mass arbitration matters.

You will work on a mix of class action and single-plaintiff litigation, supporting discovery, motions practice, depositions, and client counseling. The role offers early responsibility on complex matters and opportunities to develop trial and large-scale arbitration experience.

The team represents employers across industries and emphasizes collaborative case strategy, practical client-focused solutions, and professional development through substantive litigation work.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission (or eligibility) to the Texas bar
Several years of employment litigation experience defending employers in state and federal court and/or arbitration
Practical experience with wage & hour matters, class/collective actions, or representative claims
Experience managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and advising clients
