Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate — Dallas

A leading national firm seeks a mid-level associate (counsel candidates also welcome) to join its Labor & Employment Department in its Dallas, Texas office. The group is one of the most active employer-side practices in the country, handling thousands of employment-related matters each year for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging businesses and nonprofits.

The role spans three core areas: employment litigation across state and federal courts and arbitral forums (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant disputes); wage-and-hour class, collective, and representative actions, including FLSA collective claims, state class actions, and off-the-clock, break, misclassification, and notice claims; and mass arbitration, managing large volumes of individual claims before major arbitral forums in industries such as retail, health care, and financial services.

The team is collaborative and high-performance: partners work closely with associates on complex litigation strategy, and associates take on meaningful responsibility early — managing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, and advising clients directly. You would develop a broad skill set across class action defense, single-plaintiff litigation, mass arbitration, administrative proceedings, and client counseling.
