Top-tier national firm is seeking an associate to join a busy Employment & Labor practice. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices and will focus on counseling clients on employment law matters across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience advising on statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment issues arising in M&A transactions. Some litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required.

  • 1–3 years post-qualification experience in employment & labor counseling
  • Experience with statutory and regulatory employment compliance
  • Drafting and negotiating executive employment and separation agreements
  • Familiarity with employment aspects of M&A transactions; litigation experience a plus
  • Strong academic record and effective written and oral communication skills
