Leading international practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Dubai employment and labor team. The role involves advising regional and international clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the Gulf and wider MENA region.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop business, and work with a multi-jurisdictional team on cross-border matters. This is a client-facing leadership role based in Dubai with significant responsibility for practice development.

Established partner-level employment and labor attorney with significant regional experience.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice/Book of Business required.
Experience with contentious and advisory employment work across the Gulf/MENA.
Admitted or able to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and eligible to work in the UAE.
