Top-ranked employment and labour group in Toronto is seeking an associate with 1–4 years’ experience to join a busy practice advising employers. The team handles a full range of workplace matters, including individual employment issues, collective bargaining and labour relations, workplace investigations, human rights and accommodation, pay equity, occupational health and safety, employee privacy, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The role combines strategic advisory work and litigation/representation before tribunals and courts. Candidates from private practice or in-house employment teams are encouraged to apply.

1–4 years PQE in employment & labour law (private practice or in-house experience welcome)
LLB/JD and membership (or eligibility) for the relevant provincial bar
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, advocacy and interpersonal skills
Availability to provide undergraduate and law school transcripts as part of the application
