Employment Law Associate – Paris

Join a busy international employment team in Paris advising multinational clients on French and cross‑border employment law. The role focuses on collective bargaining, restructurings and transformation projects within a largely international practice.

Responsibilities include advising on French and cross‑border employment matters, supporting collective negotiations and drafting related documentation, working on restructuring and organisational change, preparing legal analyses and client‑ready advice, and collaborating with colleagues across other offices.

• Qualified French lawyer (CAPA) with a Master’s degree in Employment/Labour Law
• Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law, ideally in an international or multinational firm environment
• Fluent in French and English with strong drafting and advisory skills
• Experience in collective bargaining, restructurings and cross‑border employment matters; motivated, organised and a strong team player
