Join a newly established employment team in Belfast, working closely with the firm's London employment group on domestic and cross-border matters. The role offers varied work including global projects, transactional advice, employment litigation, investigations and strategic HR advisory.

The team acts for a broad range of international and blue‑chip clients across sectors such as financial services, TMT, pharmaceuticals, transport and retail, delivering high‑quality, commercially focused advice on issues including TUPE, redundancies, pay equity, and multi‑jurisdictional restructurings.

This is a hybrid role based in Belfast with occasional travel. You will be integrated into a collaborative team environment and have the opportunity to develop experience on complex, high‑profile instructions.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
1–3 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) with solid employment law experience.
Experience in employment litigation and advisory work, including TUPE, redundancy processes and settlement negotiations.
Exposure to multi‑jurisdictional projects, global policy/contract reviews or transactional employment advice.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent academics and training background from a reputable employment practice.
Team player with good client‑facing skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.
