A global law firm

You will partner with practice leadership to identify, prioritise and implement technology-led solutions that combine people, process, data and tools to improve client outcomes and efficiency.
The role is client-facing and cross-functional: you will run pilots and proofs-of-concept (including AI and legal‑tech workflows), support pitches and client conversations, and act as the primary innovation contact for employment lawyers across the practice. This is a specialist role based in the UK (London or Belfast) reporting into the firm’s innovation leadership, ideal for a qualified employment lawyer with hands-on legal‑tech and change management experience who enjoys delivery as much as strategy.

- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in legal innovation, legal tech and process improvement.
- Practical knowledge of leading GenAI tools and experience designing or implementing AI/legal‑tech workflows.
- Proven project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
- Client‑facing experience and strong stakeholder management, communication and change‑management skills.
- Familiarity with design thinking, legal workflow design and metrics-driven adoption approaches.
