Join a newly established Belfast employment team working closely with a larger UK and international employment practice. The role offers varied work across domestic and cross-border matters, including transactional support, complex tribunal litigation, strategic HR advisory and investigations.

You will be involved in multi-jurisdictional projects, redundancy and TUPE advice, disclosure and case management in employment tribunals, and conducting internal investigations and data‑related responses. The team advises large corporate clients across multiple sectors.

The role is based in Belfast with some travel expected. The team provides structured support and development within a collaborative, international environment and a comprehensive employee benefits package.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
4–6 years PQE in employment law
Experience advising on TUPE, redundancies, collective consultation and multi‑jurisdictional projects
Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay) and investigations
Strong commercial awareness, client‑facing skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
