An established employment team is building a new base in Belfast and is seeking a qualified employment lawyer to join the office and work closely with the UK employment group. The role offers varied work across domestic and international employment matters, including transactional support, multi-jurisdictional projects, strategic HR advice and contentious work.

You will handle matters such as TUPE and redundancy advisory, employment tribunal claims, internal investigations, data subject access requests and employment aspects of corporate transactions. The role involves collaboration across offices on global projects and occasional travel.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
1–3 years PQE with solid employment experience
Experience with Employment Tribunal work (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay)
Experience advising on TUPE, redundancy, transactional employment issues and cross‑border projects
Strong academics, commercial mindset and ability to build client relationships
