Join a China employment team within a corporate & commercial group, supporting both local and cross-border employment and immigration matters across Hong Kong and the PRC. The role offers hands‑on exposure to contentious and non‑contentious work and close collaboration with experienced employment lawyers.

You'll liaise with clients across industries, including local enterprises and multinational companies, and contribute to practical advice, investigations, and transactional employment elements. This is a development role with scope to build specialist capability in employment and immigration law.

Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with approximately 2 years PQE.
Relevant experience or strong interest in employment and immigration matters (Hong Kong and PRC).
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese advantageous.
Proactive, able to work under pressure, strong communicator with high emotional intelligence.
