Well-established international law firm office in Luxembourg is recruiting an Associate to join and help develop its Employment practice. The role focuses on advising on day-to-day and strategic employment matters and supporting pre-litigation work for an international client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multi-cultural team and be expected to contribute to practice development while delivering high standards of client service and practical, commercially minded advice.

Previous law firm experience in Employment / Labor law
Strong technical drafting and written communication skills
Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and contribute to practice development
Admitted to List I, List II, or (if not) List IV of the Luxembourg Bar
LL.M, MAS or J.D. qualification preferred; outstanding academic record
Fluent in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish a plus
