12-month, full-time (hybrid) contract with a prominent financial‑services organisation via a major firm's flexible legal‑resourcing arm. The role provides hands-on employment law support across BAU and complex workplace matters.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to manage employment regulatory exposures, respond to regulators, and advise on Work Health & Safety and anti‑discrimination issues. The team values clear, practical drafting of policies and the ability to translate legislative change into operational updates.

  • Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification employment law experience (private practice or in‑house)
  • Proven experience managing complex employment matters and dealing with employment regulators (Fair Work Ombudsman, Industrial Relations Commission)
  • Experience advising on Work Health & Safety and anti‑discrimination/compliance issues
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication; ability to simplify complex legal issues
  • Current practising certificate and right to work in Australia
