Senior Associate — Employment & Incentives, Melbourne

Join a global employment & incentives team in Melbourne as a Senior Associate advising on a broad range of workplace matters. The role combines litigious and transactional work, including disputes and court/tribunal representation, workplace investigations, regulator engagement and safety-compliance matters.

You will work closely with partners and colleagues across jurisdictions on industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, workforce restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development activities.

• Australian-qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8 years post‑qualification experience, gained substantially in private practice
• Demonstrated employment law experience, including discrimination, investigations and workplace litigation
• Strong communication, client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, lead and mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development
