Join a well-regarded workplace relations team in Melbourne advising employers across a broad range of industrial and employment matters. The team acts for national, ASX-listed and sector clients on contentious and advisory work.

The role involves advising on post-employment restraints, unfair dismissal, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, workplace investigations, sexual harassment and WHS, and managing organisational change. You will work closely with senior lawyers and participate in business development activities, including client events and written updates.

  • Australian admission with a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in employment or workplace relations law
  • Practical experience advising employers on dismissal claims, enterprise bargaining, industrial relations and Fair Work Act compliance
  • Strong drafting, client-facing and matter-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
  • Ability to contribute to business development (articles, presentations, client events)
