Employment Lawyer | Employment & Labor

12-month, full-time (hybrid) opportunity with a major financial services organisation based in Melbourne. The role provides hands-on employment law support across the business and will suit a lawyer experienced in both advisory and operational employment matters.

You will manage complex employment matters including Work Health & Safety and anti-discrimination issues, engage with employment regulators, monitor legislative change and update policies, and deliver clear, practical advice to stakeholders at all levels.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law (private practice or in-house)
• Proven experience managing complex employment matters, including WHS and anti-discrimination compliance
• Experience engaging with employment regulators (e.g. Fair Work bodies)
• Skilled at translating complex legal issues into clear, practical advice for stakeholders
• Current Australian practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
