Join a well-established national practice as an Employment Lawyer in the Southampton office. You will work on a mix of advisory and contentious employment matters for corporate and public-sector clients, supporting a busy team that handles tribunal litigation, contractual issues, restructures and day-to-day HR advice.

The role offers regular client contact, drafting and case management, and the chance to work across both contentious and non-contentious workstreams. The team values pragmatic, commercial advice and collaborative casework with senior lawyers.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment law qualification.
Practical experience advising on employment law matters (advisory and/or tribunal litigation).
Strong drafting and case-management skills; confident with client-facing responsibilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage a varied workload to deadlines.
