Apply in confidence →Join a UK-wide Casualty Injury (Employers' Liability / Public Liability) team on a remote/office/hybrid basis. The team handles a broad range of EL/PL personal injury matters and offers structured training, supportive supervision and clear progression opportunities.
The role involves managing a varied multi-track EL/PL caseload, supervising a small paralegal team, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and to develop leadership and people-management skills.
Applicants with defendant, claimant, clinical negligence or in-house litigation backgrounds who are keen to move into EL/PL work are welcome; the team supports skills transition and ongoing professional development.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX); approximately 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience handling personal injury or litigation caseloads, ideally including EL/PL or similar matters.
- Comfortable supervising and developing junior staff; previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet SLAs/KPIs.
- Good commercial awareness and client-facing skills; able to progress files to conclusion efficiently.
- IT‑literate with solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills; analytical approach to reviewing evidence.
