You’ll work on a wide range of Credit Hire cases – from Simple Procedure to Ordinary Cause – including complex and fraud-related matters. Alongside this, you will collaborate with colleagues across the business on cases covering liability, indemnity, and associated losses, including personal injury, credit repair, and diminution.

- Take on a key client-facing role, acting as a point of contact for Scottish claims and showcasing your growing expertise and confidence.

- Manage your own varied caseload of litigated matters, including credit hire, damage, fraud, and injury claims, working towards agreed performance targets.
