Join a growing Professional Indemnity team focused on construction-related PI claims. The role offers exposure to technically complex disputes, acting for insurers and on joint defence matters for a range of construction professionals.

You will work across the life of matters, from initial instruction through pre-action and litigation, and assist on policy coverage issues. The role involves collaborating with colleagues nationally and, where required, internationally, and offers genuine opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

Experience in professional indemnity and/or construction disputes
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills
Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision and to deal confidently with day-to-day client issues
Experience drafting correspondence and pleadings, managing evidence and instructing experts / counsel
Commercial, pragmatic approach with an openness to change and new initiatives
Team-oriented, collegiate mindset and willingness to support business development
