- Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment law qualification.
- Practical experience advising employers on day-to-day employment law issues and disciplinary/tribunal matters.
- Strong drafting and client-facing skills; able to work directly with HR and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple offices and on project/secondment assignments.
