In-House Employment Lawyer — Employment & Labor

Join a national in-house consultancy team advising UK employers on employment and labour law. The role sits across multiple UK offices and involves a mix of advisory work, contentious matters and HR-focused projects.

You will provide pragmatic legal advice to business and HR stakeholders, draft and review employment documentation, support on restructurings and TUPE, and assist with tribunal work and risk mitigation. The role suits candidates who enjoy client-facing, project-driven work and occasional secondments to business teams.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK employment law qualification.
• Practical experience advising employers on day-to-day employment law issues and disciplinary/tribunal matters.
• Strong drafting and client-facing skills; able to work directly with HR and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across multiple offices and on project/secondment assignments.
