Our national Employment team continues to grow and we are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join us in one of our UK offices. This is a great opportunity to work within a team ranked by Chambers UK and Legal 500, alongside practitioners recognised as leading individuals in the Legal 500.

You will handle high-quality, varied work for employers, including defending Employment Tribunal claims, advising on disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies, TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions, and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and settlement agreements. You will also collaborate with Partners and support the wider national team, with opportunities for client training and business development.

  • Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with at least 1 year PQE in employment law
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, self-motivated and able to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Commercially aware with some exposure to business development and client relationship management
  • Committed to understanding clients' business needs and contributing to a collaborative culture
  • Ambition to support the development of junior team members
