Join a leading firm's Berlin employment team as a senior employment lawyer with the opportunity to join as a salary or local partner. You will advise and represent German and international employers in both contentious and advisory employment matters and help shape the strategic direction of client mandates.

The role includes working on complex restructurings in collaboration with consulting and accounting firms, supporting HR-driven projects, and contributing employment law input to asset and share deals as part of interdisciplinary teams.

This is a practice-facing senior role for candidates who want a visible advisory and litigation workload and a leading role in developing client relationships and the team’s market offering.

Qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) with substantial experience in employment law (advisory and litigation).
Proven experience advising employers on restructurings and employment aspects of M&A or transactions.
Strong client-facing skills, commercial judgment and ability to lead matters and work in interdisciplinary teams.
Fluent German and strong English; team leadership or partnership potential preferred.
