Growing national employment practice seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its New York office. The role focuses on employment and wage-and-hour litigation across a mix of local and multi-state matters.

The team handles litigation from pleading through trial; candidates should be comfortable drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and client-facing correspondence.
