Seeking an associate to join a busy employer-side employment and labor litigation team in Madison, WI. The role focuses on defending employers in a wide range of employment-related disputes and administrative charges, and includes courtroom, arbitration, mediation, and agency representation.

The role also involves counseling, training, and advising employers on day-to-day employment law matters and risk management. You will work on individual and collective/class matters alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative practice.

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; strong academic record
2+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor law background strongly preferred
Admission to the Wisconsin bar in good standing
Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures (eg, EEOC, state fair employment agencies)
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and project-management skills
