The role involves defending employers in litigation and administrative proceedings, handling mediations and arbitration, and providing day-to-day advice on workplace policies and compliance.

Strong emphasis on OSHA practice work and collaboration with the firm’s OSHA group. You will routinely appear in court and before agencies, participate in depositions, and support both class/collective and individual defense matters.

The office emphasizes mentorship, team-based assignments, and opportunities to develop a regional or national specialty practice while receiving regular client-facing experience and training.

J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of litigation experience; employment law background preferred
Current Louisiana bar admission and experience in federal litigation
OSHA experience preferred or willingness to develop OSHA practice
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and project-management skills; collaborative team orientation
