Employment Litigation Associate — Employment & Labor (New Orleans)

Seeking an employment litigation associate to join a well-established, national labor & employment practice in the New Orleans office. The role offers hands-on litigation work representing employers, with frequent client contact and opportunities to handle matters from initial investigation through dispositive motions and court proceedings.

Typical responsibilities include legal research and drafting of memoranda, motions, pleadings and position statements; managing discovery and investigations; attending court conferences; and counseling clients and governmental agencies on employment-law issues. The group emphasizes professional development, writing and speaking opportunities, and teamwork in a collegial environment.

• Juris Doctorate and active bar admission in Louisiana (or ability to obtain admission)
• Experience in employment/labor litigation (plaintiff or defense-side experience welcome)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable with substantial client contact and managing litigation matters
