Experienced employment partner opportunity within a well‑established international firm’s Bristol office. The role will lead and develop the employment practice regionally, advising a mixed client base on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.

The post involves client relationship management, business development, and mentoring/supervising junior lawyers. You will work on a range of workplace issues including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements and advisory projects.

  • Qualified solicitor/advocate with significant experience in UK employment law.
  • Track record of leading or senior‑level involvement in contentious and advisory employment matters.
  • Experience supervising and developing fee‑earners and handling client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable business development capability.
