The post involves client relationship management, business development, and mentoring/supervising junior lawyers. You will work on a range of workplace issues including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements and advisory projects.
- Qualified solicitor/advocate with significant experience in UK employment law.
- Track record of leading or senior‑level involvement in contentious and advisory employment matters.
- Experience supervising and developing fee‑earners and handling client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable business development capability.
