Experienced employment partner opportunity within a well‑established international firm’s Bristol office. The role will lead and develop the employment practice regionally, advising a mixed client base on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.

The post involves client relationship management, business development, and mentoring/supervising junior lawyers. You will work on a range of workplace issues including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements and advisory projects.

Qualified solicitor/advocate with significant experience in UK employment law.
Track record of leading or senior‑level involvement in contentious and advisory employment matters.
Experience supervising and developing fee‑earners and handling client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable business development capability.
