Join a well-established national employment team based in Liverpool advising UK employers on a full range of employment, pensions and immigration matters. The team acts for large employer clients and handles litigation, advisory work and workplace projects.

The role will see you manage a mixed caseload, provide HR-focused employment law advice to client contacts, and conduct advocacy at Employment Tribunals (including full merits hearings). You will also support business development activity such as delivering training and contributing to written updates.

1–3 years PQE in employment law
Prior employment practice experience required; tribunal advocacy experience preferred or a strong interest in developing advocacy skills
Excellent drafting, communication and client-facing skills
Strong organisation, time-management and ability to meet targets and SLAs
