Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Austin. The role focuses on energy regulatory work and transactional matters, with significant exposure to renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will have an established partner-level practice and be comfortable managing client relationships, originating work, and leading deal teams. Preference for candidates with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) or similar regulatory experience.

Partner-level lateral with a strong energy/regulatory focus
10+ years of relevant experience in energy transactions and regulatory matters
Demonstrated experience in renewable energy projects and transactional work
Portable practice / demonstrated ability to originate and grow client matters preferred
Bar admission in Texas or ability to become licensed
