Energy & Natural Resources Associate — Pittsburgh

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national energy practice based in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on oil & gas litigation in the Appalachian Basin and combines courtroom and regulatory work.

Typical responsibilities include drafting preliminary and dispositive motions, preparing discovery responses and managing document review/production projects, assisting with deposition preparation and progressing toward running your own matters.

Candidates must be an active member of the Pennsylvania bar or eligible to waive into Pennsylvania or to sit for the Pennsylvania bar.

• 3–5 years post-qualification litigation experience, ideally with oil & gas focus
• Experience drafting motions, discovery responses and managing document review/productions
• Familiarity with oil & gas law and the Appalachian Basin energy sector
• Exposure to environmental and regulatory litigation preferred
• Active Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility to waive/sit for the Pennsylvania bar
