Senior Commercial Disputes Associate — Pittsburgh

Experienced commercial litigator wanted to join a busy commercial disputes team in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on general commercial litigation, multi-district litigation and class actions in state and federal courts, with significant responsibility for discovery and e-discovery.

The position will involve independent legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, managing discovery efforts, and collaborating with senior lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increased client contact and responsibility.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5–8 years post-qualification litigation experience in commercial disputes, MDLs or class actions
• Admission to, or eligibility to sit for, the Pennsylvania bar
• Proven experience managing discovery and e-discovery; strong research, drafting and oral/written communication skills
