3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing and analytical skills
Team-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage substantive client work
Deposition, hearing, and trial experience preferred
Order of the Coif, law review, or federal judicial clerkship a plus
