Mid-level associate role in a national energy and natural resources practice based in Pittsburgh. The team handles oil & gas matters with a mix of litigation, regulatory and environmental work focused on regional energy clients and issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting motions and discovery responses, managing document review and productions, assisting with deposition preparation, and taking increasing ownership of matters. 3-5 years post-qualification experience in oil & gas litigation or closely related energy litigation
Familiarity with oil & gas law and the Appalachian Basin energy sector preferred
Experience drafting preliminary and dispositive motions, discovery responses, and managing document review/productions
Depositions preparation experience (offensive and defensive)
Active member of the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility to waive in or sit for the Pennsylvania bar
Demonstrated desire and ability to take on increasing responsibility and run matters
