Top-tier national practice is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Mass Tort and Product Liability team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers exposure to a broad, multi-jurisdictional litigation docket.

The position focuses on defending complex product-liability and mass-tort matters, including asbestos litigation, multidistrict proceedings, and related class-action or commercial disputes. You will work on discovery strategy, depositions, substantive motion practice, and coordinating with expert witnesses as part of a collaborative, multi-office team.

The team emphasizes mentorship and professional development while providing meaningful client responsibility. Candidates should be self-starting, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality litigation work on significant matters.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in the applicable jurisdiction
3–5 years of litigation experience with substantive mass tort/product liability exposure (asbestos defense experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing fact and expert discovery, taking depositions, and drafting/arguing substantive motions
Experience with MDLs, class actions, and multi-jurisdictional litigation is strongly preferred
