Junior Commercial Disputes Associate — Pittsburgh

Seeking a junior associate to join a busy commercial disputes team in Pittsburgh. The role involves handling general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including multi‑district litigation and class actions.

Work will include independent legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing discovery and e‑discovery. The team provides active mentoring and opportunities for increasing responsibility and client contact.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2–3 years' litigation experience (commercial litigation, MDL, or class actions)
• Admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania bar
• Experience managing discovery and e‑discovery; strong research and drafting skills
• Excellent academic record, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams
