Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Energy practice in Dubai. The role will focus on advising on a full range of energy matters across the Middle East, supporting both project work and transactional mandates.

This is a senior leadership role: you will develop client relationships, win new work, and build a market-facing team in the office. The hiring team is looking for an experienced partner who can hit the ground running with a proven commercial approach and regional energy sector knowledge.

Established partner-level experience in the energy sector (project, transactional and/or regulatory work)
Record of business development and client relationship management; comfortable developing a portable practice
Strong technical knowledge of energy law and relevant regional/regulatory frameworks
Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates
Admitted to practise in an appropriate jurisdiction and eligible to work in the UAE
