Entry Level Real Estate Associate — New York

Join a national real estate practice in the firm's New York office as an entry-level associate starting Fall 2026. You will work on sophisticated acquisitions, financings, development projects, leasing and joint ventures alongside multi-office teams and receive meaningful responsibility on complex, high-value transactions.

The role is well suited to candidates with a demonstrated interest in project finance and strong academic credentials. The office offers direct client exposure, mentoring from senior lawyers and collaborative, multidisciplinary support across the firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York bar required
• Demonstrated interest/experience in project finance and real estate transactions
• Excellent analytical, drafting and oral communication skills
• Strong academic record, initiative, teamwork and potential for leadership
