Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Attorney — St. Louis

Growing litigation team seeks multiple environmental/toxic-tort associates to join the St. Louis office. The role offers immediate, substantive courtroom- and case-handling experience across investigations, discovery, depositions and hearings.

Successful candidates will work on state and federal litigation matters, draft pleadings and motions, prepare legal memoranda, and engage directly with clients and co-counsel. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with structured mentorship and professional development.

• 2–6 years post-qualification litigation experience in environmental, toxic tort, or product liability matters
• Admission to practice in Missouri and Illinois
• Strong legal research, drafting, oral advocacy and deposition experience
• Ability to manage investigations, discovery and courtroom responsibilities; team-oriented with a strong work ethic
