National law firm is hiring environmental/toxic tort attorneys to work within California, with immediate openings in the San Diego/Carlsbad/Inland Empire region. The role accepts candidates at multiple experience levels and offers flexible working arrangements including fully remote, hybrid, and full-time on-site options.

The practice handles a broad range of toxic tort matters (asbestos, benzene, PFAS, silica, solvents, heavy metals, mold) as well as Prop 65 and class action work, alongside general liability litigation. Attorneys will work on litigation tasks including appearances, depositions and trials and will be paired with experienced practitioners for mentorship and development.

Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Litigation-focused skills: strong legal writing, research, advocacy, and persuasive speaking
