An established national corporate practice is seeking a driven Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its ECM team. The role is available in the firm's London or Birmingham offices with hybrid working and offers the chance to work on a high-quality, transactional ECM and public M&A docket across a wide range of sectors.

You will handle primary and secondary securities offerings, listed work on UK and international exchanges, and cross-border transactions. The role expects ownership of matters, close partner collaboration on higher-value work, and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers.

The team provides structured training, a strong precedent bank, formal career development and business development coaching, and a clear promotion pathway for candidates with partnership aspirations.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in equity capital markets / corporate transactional work
Practical experience on ECM transactions and public M&A; experience managing transactions essential
Strong technical drafting and commercial advisory skills, with good negotiation ability
Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
Cross-border transactional experience desirable
