Leading national litigation team seeks an equity partner to expand commercial and IP litigation capabilities on the West Coast and nationally. The role focuses on high-value, complex disputes for technology, life sciences, healthcare, public company and financial institution clients.

Ideal candidate will bring a portable practice, strong trial and motion experience, and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships. The position includes leadership and mentoring responsibilities within a busy, multi-office litigation platform.

Established partner with significant experience handling complex commercial and IP litigation matters.
Proven trial and dispositive motion experience and a track record of handling high-stakes disputes.
Portable book of business and demonstrated client origination and business development skills.
Experience representing clients in technology, life sciences, healthcare, public companies or financial institutions; ability to align with the firm’s industry focus.
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and willingness to work across multiple offices on the West Coast and East Coast.
