Leading national firm seeks an equity partner to help grow a high‑profile litigation practice on the West Coast focused on complex commercial disputes and IP litigation. The role will be part of a broader litigation platform active across multiple U.S. offices and offers significant client‑facing responsibility.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable litigation practice and established relationships with clients in core industry sectors, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, public companies and financial institutions. The hire will work collaboratively with existing teams to manage major matters, develop business and mentor junior litigators.

Established partner track record in commercial and IP litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred).
Proven client relationships and a portable book of business relevant to the firm’s industry focus.
Ability to originate and cultivate new business in technology, life sciences, healthcare, public company or financial services sectors.
Strong leadership skills, team management and mentoring experience.
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain it.
