Established international law firm seeking an equity partner to join its London corporate team with a focus on life sciences. The role is for a senior corporate lawyer with a demonstrated track record advising life sciences companies across M&A, financings and strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate will have an existing, portable life sciences corporate practice and strong client relationships, particularly with startups, biotechs and smaller life-science businesses that engage in strategic exits and growth transactions. The team works across cross-border matters and collaborates with broader industry-focused lawyers across the firm.

Established equity partner (lateral) with a portable life sciences corporate practice and demonstrable client relationships
Extensive experience on M&A, private equity/venture financings and strategic corporate matters for life sciences companies
Track record advising startups, biotechnology and other life-science businesses; experience with large pharma clients is welcome but not essential
Based in or able to relocate to London and comfortable working on cross-border matters
