ERISA Litigation Associate — Dallas

Seeking an ERISA litigation associate to join a busy litigation group in Dallas. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex ERISA class actions, including fiduciary-duty claims, excessive-fee litigation, and other disputes involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

The position is practice-focused and collaborative: you'll work on high-stakes matters for major corporate and financial services clients within a team-oriented environment, handling motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Law school class years 2020–2022 (newly admitted or recently admitted associates)
• Substantive litigation experience with ERISA and employee benefits class actions (fiduciary duty, excessive-fee matters preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and motion-practice skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, high-stakes matters and manage discovery and document review
