Privacy & Security Associate Attorney, Litigation — Dallas

Mid-level associate role on a Chambers-ranked privacy class action defense team handling complex privacy and data-security litigation for large technology and retail clients. The position is based in the Dallas office and focuses on all phases of pre-trial litigation.

The team values collaborative problem-solving, strong client service, and mentorship. You will work closely with colleagues and clients on strategy, discovery, briefing, and depositions in both federal and Texas courts.

• 4–6 years litigation experience (PQE) with significant experience in civil discovery, briefing, and depositions
• Experience or strong interest in privacy, data protection, and data-security litigation, including class actions
• Excellent oral and written advocacy and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-disciplinary teams
