Mid‑Level Associate, Complex Commercial Litigation — Dallas

Leading international law firm seeks a mid‑level associate to join its Dallas complex commercial litigation team. The role focuses on high‑stakes civil litigation in Texas state and federal courts, working through all phases from pleadings through trial.

Responsibilities include managing large discovery efforts, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, coordinating expert work, and supporting trial preparation. The team values strong research, writing, case management, and courtroom skills.

• At least 3 years of broad commercial litigation experience at a major law firm or comparable experience (e.g., federal clerkship)
• Proven experience managing discovery in large cases, taking/defending depositions, and drafting/arguing motions
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Admission to the Texas State Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
